- Strong communication skills, able to clearly interact with IT, People & Culture colleagues, and end users

- Ability to enrol Mac and Windows laptops using Intune or similar deployment services
- Experience managing logistics for asset delivery and collection through couriers
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate asset tracking and documentation
- Competence in creating user accounts and assigning appropriate security and distribution groups
- Capability to perform thorough testing for new laptop builds and updates
- Familiarity with secure disposal processes for end-of-life assets

What you’ll be doing (in a nutshell): As an IT Deployment Engineer, you'll own the entire laptop build, deployment, and logistics process, significantly enhancing IT's capacity to efficiently onboard and offboard employees. You’ll collaborate closely with the People & Culture team, ensuring timely equipment delivery, robust asset tracking, and secure handling of company assets. Day-to-day you can expect to:
- Enrol laptops via Intune or similar deployment tools
- Coordinate timely onboarding of new employees with the People & Culture team
- Organise the collection and delivery of laptops through couriers
- Update and maintain accurate asset tracking and documentation
- Create user accounts and manage access permissions
- Conduct stability testing of laptop builds
- Continuously improve the efficiency and quality of deployment processes
- Securely manage the disposal of obsolete or broken hardware
