LondonHybridDoes this sound like you? You're the kind of person who finds genuine satisfaction in making a system work exactly as it should, and then making it better. You think in funnels, speak fluent HubSpot, and have a healthy obsession with attribution, data quality, and conversion rates that don't make you squint in disbelief. You're equally comfortable pulling together a board-ready pipeline report and getting into the weeds of a broken workflow, and you know the difference between being busy and actually moving the needle. You operate with a high degree of autonomy, take ownership seriously, and have the confidence to tell a stakeholder "that's not a priority right now" without it being a whole thing. What you’ll be doing (in a nutshell):In our Marketing team, you'll sit right at the intersection of data, systems, and commercial performance. You'll own the marketing operations function end to end, including direct accountability for demand generation outcomes delivered through an external agency.
