At Perk, we empower cross-functional teams that drive exceptional results for our customers and the company. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Billing product area. Billing is a strategic product area that impacts our ability to win in new markets and scale globally. Our billing platform enables finance teams to analyse travel spend, automate accounting, and trust financials. With our AI-powered invoice collection service and partner integrations, we help customers save money on VAT reclaims. This role will shape the vision, strategy, and execution for a critical financial engine of the business.
What You’ll Do
- Dig into insights: Use data and user feedback to identify opportunities and turn findings into actionable strategies.
- Share the vision: Communicate the rationale and direction behind your product areas to keep the team inspired and stakeholders aligned.
- Define strategies: Plan how to tackle problems, explain why they matter, how you’ll solve them, and how success will be measured.
- Collaborate and execute: Work with developers, designers, and other functions (Implementation, Sales Engineering, Account Managers) to deliver value incrementally.
- Be the go-to expert: Provide answers, create training materials, and keep product documentation up-to-date.
- Empower your team: Lead with a servant-leadership approach to remove distractions and foster creativity and collaboration.
- Level up the product function: Continuously learn and share insights to help build a world-class product team.
What You’ll Need
- Experience: At least 7 years in a tech company, with at least 5 years as a Product Manager. Experience on a Tax product is a strong plus. Bonus if you have development, design, or business experience (though not required).
- Finance and accounting: Working knowledge of accounting reconciliation and finance operations.
- UX focus: Ability to create intuitive, customer-facing products.
- SaaS familiarity: Experience with B2B platforms and collaborating with finance stakeholders in areas like finance, tax, and compliance.
- Execution drive: Ability to break down complex projects into deliverable steps.
- Cross-functional mindset: Experience with engineering, design, finance, and data teams.
- Problem-solving: Able to untangle challenges and create data-backed plans.

How We Work
We operate with an IRL-first approach, requiring in-person collaboration. This role is based within commuting distance of our hubs. For some roles, relocation from anywhere in the world is possible.
