We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Senior Sales Executive to support the Sales team. In this role, you will be an instrumental part of achieving our ambitious goals within the UK&I market.
The Role
You are an excellent English speaker, a persevering and focused professional who will partner with internal teams to feed our sales funnel. This role is a perfect opportunity to grow within Perk, being part of a seasoned A-players Sales team in a position with professional development possibilities. What will you be doing?
- Generate and close new UKI clients for our outstanding web-based technology as a specialist in Business travel and expenses management.
- Focus on selling to large SMB - MM clients that sit primarily within the £550K - £1.4M GMV bracket.
- Understand target prospects' needs, quantify pain points and conduct high-level relevant discussions with stakeholders within each organisation, from Office Managers, Procurement to CFOs, explaining how the Perk Value Proposition aligns to their needs.
- Evaluate the existing infrastructure of the clients and consult the individual SaaS solutions.
- Present product demos, negotiate with multiple stakeholders and follow-up until closing the deal.
- Own the total sales process from the first touchpoint to contract negotiations.
- Master sales forecast as well as tactical planning.
- Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches.
- Help define and establish best practices together with wider TK teams.
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics and forecasts.
- Drive own pipeline through Perk customer acquisition channels (own OB + encourage IB, SP & support SDR function).
- Deeply qualify customers to drive more complex orders (inc. FlexiTrip & Expense Contracts).
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.
- Build strong internal relationships in order to provide an excellent customer experience.
What will you need to succeed?
- Exceptional English fluency (native or near-native).
- Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Solid understanding of organisational technical infrastructure.
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle and contracting.
- Driven, ambitious, ethical, and sound in approach.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Data-driven; values insights over opinions.
