The role involves empowering cross‑functional teams that drive exceptional results for our customers and the company. We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Travel platform team for a one‑year contract. Business travel should be simple, intuitive, and delightful. As a Product Designer on the Travel platform, you will collaborate with Product and Engineering partners to craft experiences that make business travel effortless for our customers. Your work will directly impact how millions of users interact with business travel, balancing employee satisfaction with company requirements while driving measurable business outcomes.
What will my day look like?
- Work autonomously on the product experience of Perk’s Travel platform
- Own the end‑to‑end design process, from problem definition to user research, sketching, prototyping, and final designs
- Iterate on the existing product through constant research, validation, heuristic reviews, and discovery with support from our UX research team
- Collaborate with your team in defining the product strategy and roadmap
- Contribute to “Suitcase,” our design system
You will collaborate daily with product managers, UX researchers, content designers, engineers, data analysts, and a supportive team of product designers.
What skills are required?
- 3+ years experience as a Product Designer (ideally working with SaaS products)
- Solid knowledge of Figma and remote workshop tools such as FigJam or Miro
- Strong understanding of usability principles, information architecture, visual hierarchy, and interaction design patterns (web and mobile)
- Autonomous and proactive mindset
- User‑centred mentality
- Experience conducting user interviews and user testing; collaborate with our in‑house research team for more complex research pieces
- Understanding of business goals and metrics to work alongside product managers
- Excellent communication skills to present and articulate ideas, run small workshops, and facilitate collaboration with the team
- Understanding of technical constraints and experience working with engineers
- Familiarity with design systems
- Professional level English (written and spoken)

How we work
We take an IRL‑first approach, working together in person three days a week. This role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our Barcelona or London hub.
