The Role

The Enterprise Sales Executive DACH (Enterprise SE) is responsible for acquiring and growing Enterprise accounts by leading complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles across Travel and Spend. This role owns the end‑to‑end sales process, from targeted prospecting and rigorous discovery through solution design, commercial negotiation, and a clean handover to Implementation and Account Management, to ensure fast activation and long‑term success at Perk. At Perk, Travel and Spend are equally important pillars of the platform and sales motion - the Enterprise SE is accountable for positioning and proving value in both areas in every qualified opportunity.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and manage a high‑quality Enterprise pipeline with targeted outbound and executive‑level inbound qualification.
  • Lead deep discovery across Travel and Spend to quantify pain, value, and ROI; map current processes, data flows, and integrations.
  • Orchestrate complex evaluations with multiple stakeholders, setting clear timelines, owners, and success criteria (pilot or soft‑launch where needed).
  • Navigate procurement, legal, and security due diligence; structure pricing and commercial terms aligned to value and policy.
  • Partner closely with SDRs, Implementation Specialists, and Account Managers to de‑risk go‑live and ensure an effective activation plan.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecasting discipline, with crisp next steps and stage‑exit criteria.
  • Capture product feedback from the field and channel market insights to Product, influencing the roadmap.

What success looks like

  • New ARR and average deal size growth in the Enterprise segment.
  • Forecast accuracy, stage conversion, and opportunity velocity.
  • Fast time‑to‑activation and high‑quality handovers to Implementation and AM.
  • Executive alignment and multi‑threading across Finance, IT, and Operations, including strong Spend champions.

Required experience

  • Strong experience in closing complex B2B SaaS deals with multi‑threaded Enterprise cycles for the DACH market.
  • Proven quota attainment in new business with executive‑level selling and negotiation.
  • Demonstrated success coordinating cross‑functional work with Legal, Security, RevOps, Implementation, and AM.
  • Experience selling into Finance/Procurement and IT for platform evaluations that include Spend management and Travel.

Skills and competencies

  • Enterprise discovery and value engineering, including ROI/business case creation for Travel and Spend.
  • Stakeholder mapping, executive communication, and deal strategy across CFO, FP&A, Procurement, IT, and Operations.
  • Stage discipline, risk management, and precise forecasting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and German.

Day‑to‑day expectations

  • Run crisp discovery that surfaces Spend governance, payments, and expense workflows in addition to Travel needs.
  • Translate business objectives into a Perk solution plan, including integrations, data requirements, and an activation path.
  • Build consensus and handle objections across security, legal, and finance.
  • Keep the CRM immaculate with clear next steps, risks, and decision processes.

Collaboration model

  • SDRs: Align on ICP, outbound motions, and SQL quality standards.
  • Implementation Specialists: Define scope, success metrics, and activation timelines early.
  • Account Managers: Ensure a smooth handover with stakeholder maps, agreed outcomes, and near‑term expansion hypotheses.
  • RevOps, Legal, Security: Engage early to unblock diligence and approvals.
