Perk is hiring its first Director of Go-to-Market Engineering to own and evolve the GTM tech stack across Europe and North America. You will lead a senior team, harmonise CRM, enrichment and AI workflows, and translate commercial needs into scalable engineering solutions.
You’ll be a player-coach, crafting architecture, guiding implementation, and delivering measurable impact on revenue acceleration. This role requires in-person collaboration 3 days a week in a hybrid setup.
