We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our team. You will be managing and analysing data in order to create impactful insights for strategic purposes. This is a pivotal position to bring the business to the next level, you will support our Marketing Teams using analytics to drive better decisions at Perk.
What you will do:
- Work with other Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers and Data Engineers in our team to use quantitative analysis to help shape Perk's marketing strategy.
- Explore data from different sources, turning it into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.
- Develop and create metrics, dashboards, and reports to track and assess the impact of new initiatives.
- Bring expertise on channel interaction via multi touch attribution and ideally marketing mix modelling.
- Design experiments and incrementality testing.
- Customer lifecycle, behavioural analysis and segmentation.
What you need:
- 5+ years of relevant experience interpreting data in data analytics.
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
You will need to prove the following:
- You are a Master in data analysis tools (SQL).
- Experience with statistical packages (Python / R).
- Experience preparing, transforming, consolidating and normalising data (dbt).
- Experience with different data visualisation and BI tools (Looker).
- Storytelling and stakeholder management experience.
