The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 £ per year.

You will develop the overall fraud risk strategy for the Perk Pay Card Program. You lead and coordinate all activities around fraud prevention and fraud operations for the Perk pay corporate card program. You define, implement and monitor risk policies and metrics to optimize authorization approval rates while minimizing fraud rates of our corporate card program. You work in close collaboration with the Perk product and engineering teams and our partners to implement adequate systems and tools that support these strategies. You provide reports and insights to stakeholders and partners. You will lead a team of card operations specialists.

What We’re Looking For

  • You have excellent knowledge of the payment authorization process via a global card network, such as Visa or Mastercard.
  • You have previous experience in fraud prevention at a card issuer, card network or card payment processor.
  • You are an expert in fraud prevention policies and systems for credit/debit card payments, preferably corporate credit cards.
  • Experience working with partner banks and regulators to ensure necessary reporting and requirements are adhered to.
  • You have excellent technical knowledge of instruments for strong customer authentication, payment authorization and fraud rates, such as 3D Secure, Transaction Risk Analysis, Risk Scoring Models, Rule Engines, etc.
  • Experience of managing a team to meet deadlines and targets, balancing client experience and enforcing controls.
  • Experience in fraud operations, such as dispute management and chargebacks.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
  • You are fluent in English; German and other languages are a plus.
