About The Role

  • Work closely with the wider sales organisation at Perk to increase client awareness of our new MICE offering and generate new opportunities, especially with the Account Management teams.
  • Handle the largest projects and high‑yielding opportunities, primarily supporting Perks Enterprise and legacy accounts globally.
  • Prepare RFPs for a global portfolio of customers and manage the process from proposal to negotiation, including site inspections.
  • Coordinate operational processes with cross‑functional Perk teams and oversee arrangements based on customers’ requirements.
  • Respond to phone calls and email requests from existing and potential customers in a timely manner.
  • Support sales conversations with Sales Executives and Enterprise Sales Executives for discovery purposes and help customers understand our services.
  • Provide customers with suitable options and suggestions to meet their event or group travel requirements.
  • Handle all conferences, events, groups, incentives and meetings worldwide.
  • Proactively maintain relationships with customers and uncover future opportunities.
  • Demonstrate a problem‑solving attitude, anticipating customers’ needs and delivering appropriate service throughout the process.
  • Process responses to clients within the agreed service level agreements.
  • Act in accordance with all Company Quality Standards and Procedures.
  • Contribute to process improvements and support colleagues as needed.
  • Maximise every opportunity to generate additional revenue streams across all regions, supporting overall Revenue targets and profitability.
  • Successfully service MICE & Groups as a Perk add‑on service.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a venue sourcing or meetings & events team – preferably agency background.
  • Good knowledge of venue and event destinations globally.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
  • Friendly and professional telephone manner.
  • Confidence negotiating rates with suppliers over the phone.
  • Strong time‑management skills.
  • Positive, flexible attitude and great team player.

Nice to haves

  • Experience working with a MICE booking tool such as Cvent.
  • Solid knowledge of event venues/hotels and destinations worldwide.
