WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Run end-to-end recruitment for tech roles across our key markets.
  • Support business development initiatives and client engagement under guidance from senior colleagues.
  • Maintain client relationships and contribute to account growth.
  • Partner with clients to understand their business, culture, and hiring needs.
  • Source top-tier candidates using a blend of tools, outreach, and market mapping, always prioritising fit and experience.
  • Leverage AI tools and processes to streamline workflow and candidate outreach.
  • Track metrics and KPIs: jobs, interviews, hires, and billings.
  • Champion a quality approach, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, warmth, and clarity.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience: 3+ years in recruitment, ideally with some experience handling client accounts independently.
  • Comfortable managing multiple searches.
  • Sourcing tools and social media marketing (LinkedIn, closed communities).
  • CRM and recruitment systems.
  • Business development and basic account growth experience.
  • Candidate engagement and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with AI tools in recruitment.
  • Track record of commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences and maintaining a quality-first approach throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Ability to bring market knowledge and credible insights to confidentially represent your network.
  • Have previously operated with a high level of accountability, driving continuous self-development and are collaborative by nature, building trust and alignment for cross-selling opportunities internally.
