What you’ll be doing
- Become a platform expert – handle day‑to‑day LMS administration: manage users, upload content, configure settings, and keep the platform running smoothly so customers get a seamless learning experience.
- Make learning simple – run onboarding and review meetings on Teams, show customers the ropes, and build action plans that you see through to implementation, helping them feel confident and empowered from day one.
- Solve problems like a pro – investigate login issues, content errors, or “why is this doing that?” moments, and find the fix fast.
- Own the whole journey – take customer issues from start to finish, looping in other teams only when you need backup.
- Think on your feet – listen, understand, and give solutions that make sense in real conversations.
- Spot patterns and share insights – help us identify recurring issues, trends, and clever customer behaviours, and work with the team to turn those insights into platform and process improvements.
- Be the calm in the chaos – keep cool, stay kind, and help customers feel genuinely supported, even on busy days.
What you’ll need
- Demonstrated experience working with an LMS (admin, support, or configuration) or similar digital platform.
- Proven customer‑facing experience in a B2B environment, supporting customers via Microsoft Teams/Zoom or over the phone.
- Strong experience managing customer expectations – prioritise, set realistic time frames, and keep customers updated throughout.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and hit targets effectively, especially in a busy support environment.
- Brilliant communication skills – make technical things sound simple.
- Sharp eye for detail – ensure processes are followed and issues are resolved accurately.
- Positive, proactive attitude – take ownership, follow tasks through to completion, and don’t shy away from learning new things.
- Comfortable with feedback and continuous improvement; grow fast with us.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in an office‑based team environment – this role is fully office‑based.
- Perform any other duties as required by the business, ensuring flexibility and a proactive approach to changing priorities.
