Perion is a global advertising technology company delivering solutions to the biggest brands and publishers around the globe across search, social media and display, video, CTV, and programmatic DOOH. Home to an award-winning technology solution –– with our unique data-driven AI/ML based technologies, we deliver and optimize hundreds of terabytes of data and billions of events per day.
About the position: We are looking for a commercially driven, mid-level Account Manager to join our EMEA Client Services team, with primary responsibility for the UK market and satellite coverage across the Nordic region. You will serve as the principal point of contact for demand-side buyers and agency partners, managing relationships and campaign delivery across Perion's proprietary DSP and third-party omnichannel DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, TapTap) connected to and buying programmatic supply through our SSP. This role combines client ownership, platform operations, and commercial acumen — bridging the gap between day-to-day campaign execution and longer-term account growth across Perion's full product suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management & Delivery
- Serve as primary point of contact for UK demand-side clients — trading desks, independent agencies, and direct programmatic buyers
- Build and sustain long-term relationships through proactive communication, QBRs, and performance reviews
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across proprietary and third-party DSPs, ensuring KPIs, pacing, and delivery targets are consistently met
- Coordinate with Technical Operations and Supply teams for smooth execution and rapid issue resolution
- Produce clear, insight-driven campaign reports and translate performance data into actionable recommendations
- Nordic Market Coverage
- Provide account management coverage across DK, FI, NO, SE — supporting local demand-side buyers in the same capacity as the UK remit
- Maintain awareness of Nordic buyer behaviour and pDOOH adoption trends to inform client strategy
- Relay regional market intelligence to the wider EMEA team
- Platform Operations & Expertise
- Maintain deep working knowledge of Perion's DSP and SSP, including deal structures (PMP, PG, curated deals), inventory curation, and campaign setup
- Validate campaign configurations across proprietary and third-party DSP environments, acting as escalation point for complex platform issues
- Stay current with programmatic ecosystem developments, pDOOH trends, and platform updates
- Commercial Growth & Upsell
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Perion's broader product portfolio — CTV, Display, Retail Media, and beyond
- Contribute to media plans, proposals, and campaign strategies in close collaboration with Sales
- Support revenue retention and account expansion, acting as a bridge between client objectives and Perion's commercial goals
- Provide input on media planning, audience strategy, and DOOH inventory selection tailored to client briefs
Requirements:
- 2–3 years in digital media, programmatic advertising, or AdTech in a client-facing role
- Hands-on DSP experience — proprietary platforms or third-party (DV360, TTD or similar)
- Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem: RTB, deal structures (PMP, PG, open auction), supply-path optimisation, and campaign lifecycle
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead external communications with confidence and professionalism
- Ability to juggle multiple active campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong analytical mindset — able to surface meaningful insights from data and present them clearly to clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English
Preferred:
- Direct experience in programmatic DOOH (pDOOH) — agency-side or sell-side
- Familiarity with SSPs, sell-side deal structures, and curated inventory products
- Experience managing or supporting multiple EMEA markets
- Understanding of audience-based planning, contextual targeting, and data-driven DOOH strategies
- Exposure to omnichannel or cross-platform campaign delivery (CTV, Display, DOOH)
- Awareness of Nordic media markets and buyer behaviour — advantageous but not required
What we offer:
- A pivotal role in a high-growth global AdTech business at the forefront of programmatic DOOH
- UK and Nordic market scope with genuine international exposure and career progression
- Competitive salary, healthcare, wellness allowance, and hybrid working flexibility
- Collaborative, inclusive team environment where innovation and initiative are genuinely valued
