Due to expansion, we are looking for a Receptionist who is eager to grow with our team and assist our patients with dedication and professionalism. Our specialist practice is focused on creating a positive and supportive environment for both our staff and our patients. You must be organised and meticulous by nature, otherwise you will not thrive in this role. Above all, you need to display care and pride in what you do and with these qualities you will find this role very rewarding.
The position has been re-advertised due to no successful candidates being chosen. Who are we? We are a specialist periodontal practice led by Dr Derrick Lee and supported by his team of periodontal hygienists and clinical staff based in Wembley and Kalamunda. We are passionate about delivering exceptional periodontal and implantology treatment in addition to providing caring patient support for our patients to be able to assist them to eat, speak and smile.
Responsibilities- Opening and closing the practice
- Direct interaction with patients—providing a warm welcome, managing appointments, answering calls
- Handle administrative duties, including patient records management and billing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience in medical or dental reception duties and keeping schedules is essential
- Able to take direction, grasp administrative concepts quickly and work independently
- A commitment to reliability and a professional work ethic
- Career progression within the practice with different roles
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- Desire to be part of a team long-term (more than 12 months)

The dental receptionist role is a flexible role between 8:30 to 5:30pm. Your own transport is essential to travel between Wembley and Kalamunda. Start date is ASAP.
