The Opportunity
We're working with a growing HVAC specialist that has recently secured several major contracts and is looking to strengthen its management team with the appointment of a Contracts Manager. This role would suit an experienced HVAC Contracts Manager, Project Manager, Senior Engineer or even someone who has previously operated their own HVAC business and is looking to move into a senior management position. The business specialises in commercial air conditioning projects across a variety of environments and offers genuine progression as the company continues to grow.
The Role
You'll be responsible for overseeing HVAC projects from initial award through to completion and handover. Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing multiple HVAC installation projects
- Coordinating engineers and subcontractors
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Managing project programmes and deadlines
- Procurement of equipment and materials
- Monitoring project performance and delivery
- Supporting project handovers
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
