It’s a field-based role focused on service, repair and diagnostics - across commercial environments including offices, retail, education and light industrial. This role suits engineers confident with both AC and chiller systems who are comfortable working independently but value proper backup. You will be part of a stable team with strong operations support, realistic expectations, and plenty of flexibility.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • You’ll be working on a mix of air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, VRVs, splits, CRAC units and more - carrying out planned maintenance, breakdown response, and diagnostics using manufacturer software.
  • Support is always on-hand from a regional ops team, with a focus on quality work, not speed.

What You’ll Need

  • F-Gas Category 1
  • Proven experience with chillers (air or water cooled) and strong AC knowledge
  • Confident fault-finder and technician – able to work solo
  • Comfortable covering Bristol, the South West & M4 corridor
  • Full UK driving licence

  • Quarterly bonuses + £1,500 annual attendance bonus
  • Company van (private use allowed) + fuel card + paid parking
  • 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
  • 1-in-21 low-frequency callout (£75 standby + callout fees + First Fix bonus)

  • Health screening every 5 years + free use of company holiday lodge after 2 years
