We’re working with a specialist HVAC service contractor delivering cooling and air conditioning services into FM providers and managed estates. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to appoint a Regional Cooling Service Sales Manager to cover the Midlands. This is a service-led sales role, focused on maintenance, reactive support, and service works. It is not product or capital equipment sales.
The role:
- Grow cooling and HVAC service revenue across the Midlands
- Develop and expand relationships with FM organisations
- Increase scope within existing service contracts
- Generate new service-led opportunities
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure delivery alignment

Package:
- Salary up to £60,000
