Fire Engineer Team Leader in Birmingham

A recognised GENT integrator is seeking a Senior Fire Service Engineer to step into a Team Leader role in Birmingham.

This role blends hands‑on engineering with leadership responsibility and comes with structured training built around continuous development. Technical excellence, safety competence, and leadership skills are part of the ongoing learning environment.

What the role involves

• Planned service, maintenance, callouts and remedial work
• Fire alarms, emergency lighting, AOVs and associated systems
• Acting as a technical escalation point on site
• Supporting and mentoring engineers

You’ll play a central role in helping others grow, supported by the same structured training and development you’ll benefit from.

• GENT training from day one

Benefits

• Basic salary up to £42,000
• Company van with private use and fuel card
• £245 per week standby payment
• Door-to-door travel paid while on call
