We’re hiring for an experienced Mobile A/C Engineer to join a tight-knit team covering the M3/M4 corridor - Reading, Basingstoke, Slough - with some occasional London work and NO CALLOUT ROTA! You’ll be trusted to manage your own schedule, and handle high-spec commercial systems with minimal admin and solid back‑office support.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • You’ll be servicing and maintaining commercial air conditioning systems - mainly VRVs, VRFs, and splits - across a mix of corporate offices, managed buildings, retail support hubs, and some critical environments like data centres.
  • You’ll work on planned maintenance, diagnostics, and light repairs using a tablet‑based job system.
  • Equipment is delivered directly to site, so there’s no need to visit a depot.
