?We\'re hiring for an Air Conditioning Engineer to take on a static role at a well-managed site in Central London. You\'ll be part of a professional building services team, carrying out maintenance and reactive work on a wide range of systems including VRVs, VRFs, AHUs, cold rooms, and specialist refrigeration plants.

This is a Monday to Friday role with no travel, no shift work, and the chance to really take ownership of a site you can grow with.

What You\'ll Be Doing
  • Carrying out planned maintenance and reactive tasks on site-based AC systems

  • Completing all relevant job sheets and risk assessments using a PDA

  • Producing further works reports where necessary

  • Liaising with site contacts regarding completed works and additional requirements

  • Communicating with contract managers and updating them on site-related info

  • Supporting asset management by reporting plant changes or site updates

  • Collecting parts from suppliers or head office when needed

  • Submitting weekly timesheets to the office every Monday

What You\'ll Need
  • Completed apprenticeship in Air Conditioning or Refrigeration

  • F-Gas (2079 Safe Handling) certification

  • Solid experience working in HVAC/building services environments

  • Strong technical knowledge of VRF, VRV, AHUs, cold rooms, and specialist refrigeration systems

  • A consistent, stable employment history in the industry

  • Confidence managing your time, workload, and documentation independently

  • Strong client communication skills and a team-player mindset

  • A positive, problem-solving attitude with flexibility when required

  • Commercial awareness and the ability to spot and report extra works
