You’ll be part of a small senior team handling reactive service and fault-finding across some of London’s most exclusive buildings — ultra-prime residential, hedge funds, law firms, royal households. The kind of work where discretion, professionalism and tidy results matter more than speed. This is a family-owned business, around 70 staff, with a solid reputation and strong employee loyalty. You’ll be trusted to do your job well and left alone to get on with it. Most engineers finish by mid-afternoon. What you’ll be doing: The role covers breakdowns, diagnostics, and fault-finding on premium HVAC systems across luxury residential and high-end commercial sites. You’ll be working with clients who expect high standards, so precision, professionalism, and tidy work matter. There’s also scope to move into project work, design, or management if that’s of interest.
