We’re hiring for an experienced Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join a well-established and highly structured team covering commercial sites across London and inside the M25. This is a role built for someone who values long-term career progression, stable hours, and a company that actively invests in their technical development. This isn’t about racing between reactive calls - you’ll be supported by a strong service desk, given realistic daily workloads, and work on well-maintained contracts. The company has even opened its own dedicated engineering training centre, fully kitted with live VRV/VRF systems, chillers, and diagnostic tools, so you’ll be continually supported to up-skill and grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • You’ll carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of commercial A/C systems, including VRV/VRF, splits, multi-splits and CRAC units.
  • You’ll also work with manufacturer diagnostic tools and fault-finding software - no guesswork here.
  • This is a field-based role, but you’ll stay local where possible and work independently with real backing from a well-organised office and management team.

What You’ll Need

  • Solid experience with commercial air conditioning systems
  • Background in VRV/VRF and split systems
  • F-Gas Category 1
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Comfortable using digital tools and working solo on-site
  • Chiller/critical systems experience is a bonus (but not essential – training is provided)

What’s in It for You

  • £45,000 – £52,000 base salary
  • Quarterly performance bonuses + attendance bonus (£1,500/year)
  • Paid travel time up to 1.5 hours/day
  • Call-out rota just 1-in-20
  • 33 days holiday including bank holidays
  • Private van use, with fuel card and paid parking
  • Full kit: tablet, phone, tools, PPE, uniform
  • Real progression through structured appraisals and on-site training centre

What’s Next

If you’re looking for a long-term, well-organised A/C service role with top-tier support and training, this one’s worth a look. Just send over whatever CV you’ve got handy - no need to polish it. We’ll take it from there.
