This is a Fire and Security Project Manager role with a strong bias towards security and integrated systems. You will be responsible for managing multiple live projects at the same time, covering planning, coordination, and commercial control, while acting as the main point of contact for clients and delivery teams. The role will suit a Project Manager comfortable running several medium-value projects concurrently, ensuring smooth delivery across regulated and operational environments.
We are looking for Project Managers with experience managing multiple concurrent projects and full lifecycle P&L responsibility, based within 20 to 30 miles of Birmingham or Chesterfield.

What you will be doing:
- Managing multiple Fire and Security projects at the same time, typically 4 to 5 concurrent projects
- Security-biased work with integrated and centrally managed security systems
- Delivering projects typically ranging from £75k to £850k, with a core focus on projects in the £200k to £400k range
- Taking full responsibility for project delivery, budgets, and P&L
- Coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
- Managing programmes, sequencing works, and overseeing reconfiguration and upgrade works within live environments
- Acting as Principal Contractor where required, with responsibility for CDM compliance and site safety
- Overseeing installation and upgrade works across a portfolio of operational sites
- Managing projects where technical scope and commissioning may be delivered by third parties
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Attending site visits, surveys, and progress meetings as required
- Reporting progress, financials, and risks to operations and senior management
- Nationwide project travel, with a regional base
What you will need:
- Background in Fire and Security, integrated security systems, or electrical contracting
- Experience delivering security-led projects, ideally within the £200k to £500k range
- Experience managing multiple live projects concurrently
- Strong commercial awareness with full P&L responsibility
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, and delivery teams
- Understanding of CDM responsibilities and working as Principal Contractor
- Comfortable working across live, regulated, or operational environments
- Happy with a mix of office-based work and UK-wide site visits
- Full UK driving licence
- Able to pass an enhanced DBS check
