We\’re hiring for a Service Engineer to join a manufacturer-backed team supporting critical cooling systems across commercial and data centre environments. This is a mobile role focused on servicing and maintaining high-performance cooling equipment — including VRVs, chillers, and close control systems — with door-to-door travel pay, a supportive structure, and real scope to progress.

What You\’ll Be Doing

You\’ll be working across data centres, telecoms, and specialist commercial sites — servicing and fault-finding on a range of cooling equipment, from precision AC units to more complex systems. While your main focus will be planned and reactive maintenance, you\’ll also assist with commissioning support and diagnostics when needed. The role includes a 1-in-10 callout rota, plus regular opportunities for paid overtime.

What You\’ll Need

  • Experience servicing VRV/VRF air conditioning systems

  • Hands-on knowledge of commercial HVAC systems

  • Comfortable working in critical or sensitive environments

  • F-Gas certification

  • Full UK driving licence
