What’s on offer Salary upto £60,000 depending on experience Company vehicle, mobile phone, and laptop 25 days holiday plus your birthday off (rises with service) Pension scheme and death-in-service cover Healthcare scheme after two years Bonus scheme and training support Plenty of career progression if that’s what you’re after What you’ll be doing Managing a mix of planned, reactive and small works contracts Quoting and delivering projects up to £300k across Heating, AC and M&E Supporting and guiding mobile engineers and contract supervisors Building relationships with clients and running regular meetings Attending multiple sites across London, the South East and further afield Keeping contracts compliant, on budget and delivered on time Running audits, reporting KPIs and attending finance meetings Looking after statutory compliance and H&S reviews Supporting recruitment, training and HR tasks Spotting new opportunities and hitting quoted works targets What you’ll need Strong background in commercial gas, HVAC or M&E Experience running multi-site contracts in FM or building services Good with teams, numbers and juggling fast-moving priorities Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) Full UK driving licence Calm under pressure and naturally organised Comfortable with regular travel across sites and offices Who you’ll be working with A well-established FM provider delivering projects across the South East and beyond.
