We’re hiring for a Senior Commercial Catering Engineer to join a regional service team working across restaurants, schools, care homes, hospitals, and hospitality venues. This is a field-based role with no on-call rota, offering varied work, strong manufacturer support, and a chance to take the lead on more complex service and repair jobs across the South East. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll carry out servicing, repairs, and occasional installs on a wide range of catering kit — combi ovens, fryers, grills, dishwashers, and more. You’ll also take the lead on advanced fault-finding jobs, mentor junior engineers, and work closely with manufacturer support teams to keep your knowledge sharp and up to date. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role with optional overtime and clear progression into training or project work if that’s where you want to go.
