We\’re hiring for an experienced A/C or Chiller Engineer to join a specialist team working with data centre clients across M4 Corridor. You\’ll be covering service and maintenance across high-spec cooling systems.
This role offers a mix of scheduled maintenance and fast-paced reactive work — ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is confident managing their own time across client sites.
What you\’ll be doing
You\’ll be servicing and maintaining systems from Schneider, Stulz, Vertiv (with excellent training available), across critical environments. Whether it\’s a lone job or working alongside support, you\’ll need to be someone who knows their way around the equipment and can represent the business professionally on site.
What You\’ll Need to Have
- Proven experience in A/C or chiller engineering
- Ideally some knowledge of TurboCor compressors (preferred, not essential)
- Familiar with VRV/VRF systems, and preferably data centre environments
- Willing to travel when needed — some flexibility for wider site coverage
- Full UK driving licence and a solid, reliable approach to work
