You’ll start with planned maintenance to cement the fundamentals, then over time shadow experienced Service Engineers on selected jobs so you gain real diagnostic exposure and grow your confidence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Planned maintenance across air conditioning systems - building solid basics and standards
- Assisting and shadowing Service Engineers to learn real fault-finding and diagnostics
- Working across a varied patch in Cambridge and nearby counties with supportive onsite teams
- Keeping accurate records and developing core service habits
What You’ll Need
- F-Gas qualification
- Full UK driving licence
- A willingness to learn and develop into service diagnostics
- Some exposure to HVAC/AC maintenance (early career, improver, or newly qualified)
What’s On Offer
- £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
- Fully expensed van and tools supplied
- Monday - Friday hours (no chaotic on-call)
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
