We\'re hiring for a dual-skilled Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to join a well-established service team supporting restaurants, cafés, hospitality venues, and commercial sites across Central London. You\'ll work with refrigeration and AC systems across a tight patch — with early finishes, no long-haul travel, and a consistent workload you can rely on.

What You\'ll Be Doing

This is a service-led role covering VRVs, splits, cold rooms, and catering-grade refrigeration units. Most of your work will be reactive and fast-paced, especially supporting hospitality clients. Some installation work may be involved, but it\'s not the primary focus. You\'ll also participate in a 1-in-3 call-out rota (standby paid), and occasional Saturday work may be required.

What You\'ll Need
  • Proven experience with VRV/VRF and split systems

  • Hands-on commercial refrigeration skills (Williams, Foster, cold rooms, etc.)

  • F-Gas certification preferred

  • Confident working independently and managing fast-paced reactive jobs

  • Comfortable starting early and operating within Central London only

What\'s on Offer
  • £45,000 base salary (flexible for strong dual-skilled candidates)

  • Overtime available

  • Paid standby for call-out rota (1 in 3 weeks)

  • Early finish (approx. 3pm)

  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays

  • Steady work, tight geographic area – no travel beyond Zone 2

  • Family-run company with a strong local reputation

What\'s Next

If this sounds like your kind of role, just send over whatever version of your CV you\'ve got handy — no need to polish it. The team, tools, and structure are all ready to go.
