We\’re hiring for an experienced Mobile HVAC Engineer (Service & Maintenance) to join a specialist team supporting high-quality commercial contracts across London (ideally East) or the M4 corridor. You\’ll be responsible for maintaining top-spec AC systems, chillers, AHUs, and mechanical plant across smart, well-managed sites.
This is a field-based role with a mix of planned servicing and responsive maintenance — ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and enjoys being trusted to manage their own sites.
What You\’ll Be Doing
You\’ll be carrying out maintenance and repairs on VRV/VRF systems, splits, chillers, and AHUs from top manufacturers like Daikin, Mitsubishi, and Toshiba. That includes diagnosing faults, quoting and completing remedials, and handling all site documentation. You\’ll also represent the business professionally when speaking with clients, and occasionally support apprentices on-site.
What You\’ll Need to Have

F-Gas Category 1 (C&G 2079) — essential

C&G/NVQ Level 2+ in Air Con & Refrigeration (preferred)

Proven experience with VRV/VRF, splits, and ideally chillers or AHUs

Confident communicator with solid site reporting skills

Comfortable working independently and across multiple sites

Full UK driving licence

Ideally based near East London or Swindon
