We are specifically looking to connect with experienced UK recruiters with a background in temporary and contract recruitment within Finance & Accounting. The role
This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter with a strong background in Finance & Accounting contract and temporary recruitment who is looking to step into a long term leadership pathway. You will take ownership of an established desk while contributing to team leadership, mentoring and future growth, with genuine potential to progress into a formal management role as the team continues to expand in Brisbane, Australia.
- Manage and grow a Finance & Accounting contract and temp desk
- Build and develop strong client relationships through business development
- Source, interview and manage temporary and contract finance professionals
- Lead end to end recruitment processes across contract placements
- Mentor and support junior consultants and contribute to team success
- Negotiate rates, terms and supplier agreements
About You
- 5 plus years recruitment experience within temporary or contract recruitment
- Previous experience recruiting within Finance & Accounting
- Strong billing history and commercial mindset
- Leadership capability or a genuine desire to step into management long term
- Excited by the opportunity to relocate from the UK to Brisbane, Australia
