Peridot Search are supporting a global PE-backed group on the appointment of a Senior International Tax Manager to cover a 12-month maternity leave during a period of continued growth and transformation. This is a high-impact, project-driven global role, offering a unique blend of transfer pricing, international tax strategy and M&A, within a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting a legal entity simplification programme
- Leading a global transfer pricing (Local File) project
- Advising on the international tax aspects of M&A activity, including acquisitions, integrations, and reorganisations
- Supporting on cash repatriation strategies and cross-border financing
- Managing non-UK tax audits and coordinating with external advisors
- Contributing to Pillar 2 technical workstreams and broader global tax initiatives
About You
- ACA / CTA (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in international tax and transfer pricing
- Exposure to M&A, restructuring and cross-border projects
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver end-to-end solutions
- Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging global stakeholders
- A proactive, adaptable approach and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
Start date: Target 1st August (with some flexibility either side)
