Group Tax Manager

Peridot Search are partnering with a global technology company to appoint a Group Tax Manager to take ownership of tax across the business, covering strategy, compliance and advisory work across multiple jurisdictions in Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific.

Responsibilities

• Lead the group-wide tax function for an international technology business
• Own tax strategy, governance and risk management
• Oversee corporate tax, transfer pricing and indirect taxes (VAT / sales tax)
• Act as the main tax advisor to senior stakeholders across the business
• Support international expansion, restructuring and transaction activity
• Drive process and systems improvements as the business scales

About you

• Qualified tax professional (CTA or equivalent)
• Strong UK and international tax experience
• Commercial, pragmatic and confident working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
