A leading international payments business are seeking a Transfer Pricing Consultant to support the development and implementation of global transfer pricing policies for the group. Reporting to the Head of Tax, this role will work closely with commercial teams and external advisors to ensure intercompany arrangements are compliant, well-documented and aligned with international standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with external advisors on benchmarking and preparing TP documentation (Master File and Local Files)
  • Review and update intercompany service agreements in partnership with Legal
  • Draft and maintain an internal TP manual covering policy, methodology, and processes
  • Deliver internal training to stakeholders on transfer pricing requirements
  • Support Finance with TP-related invoicing, reconciliations, and intercompany workflows
  • Provide input on TP considerations for market expansion and new jurisdictions

Skills & Experience

  • Strong, hands-on transfer pricing experience (in-house experience an advantage)
  • Knowledge of international tax compliance and documentation requirements
  • Experience drafting or reviewing intercompany agreements
  • Confident working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
