We are now looking for an experienced fundraiser or recruiter to join us as a Principal Consultant, working to support charities to recruit the very best fundraising talent.
Responsibilities:
- Confidently deliver all aspects of a recruitment project.
- Build high quality, long lasting relationships with charities.
- Help Peridot expand by delivering excellent work and building a positive reputation.
- Gain repeat business, recommendations and referrals to build market share.
