The British Association of Urological Surgeons (BAUS) is the professional membership organisation for urologists and urological teams across the UK. As a registered charity with more than 2,500 members, we bring together consultants, trainees and allied healthcare professionals committed to improving outcomes for people living with urological conditions. Founded in 1945, BAUS exists to promote the highest standards in the practice of urology through education, research and clinical excellence. We deliver education and training throughout every stage of a clinical career, convene one of Europe’s leading urology conferences and undertake nationally recognised audits and workforce reporting that help shape healthcare policy and patient outcomes.

About the role

This leadership role sits at the heart of BAUS’ next phase of development. Working closely with the CEO and wider leadership team, the Head of Operations will lead our operational strategy across finance, HR, governance, systems, compliance and organisational planning.
