For over 50 years, we’ve supported people whose lives have been shaped by hardship, trauma and systems that haven’t worked for them. Today, we work across Southampton, Portsmouth and the wider region, offering safe accommodation, recovery support and opportunities that help people regain stability and hope.
We are now seeking an Executive Director of People & Culture who shares our belief in dignity, compassion and second chances. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will create the conditions where our staff feel equipped, encouraged and confident in the work they do.
