About Suicide&Co
Suicide&Co is a national charity providing specialist support for people bereaved by suicide. Since launching in 2020, we have been dedicated to ensuring that those affected by suicide loss are seen, supported and never alone. Our core service offers up to 12 sessions with qualified counsellors, providing a safe and consistent space to process grief and trauma. Alongside this, our Early Bereavement Support Programme offers immediate, compassionate one‑to‑one support from dedicated Suicide Bereavement Advisors during the first, most difficult months after loss. Our App and website empower self‑care and provide guidance and lived experience collections. Our mission is simple but vital: to open up the conversation around suicide loss so that no one has to navigate it alone. We also play an active role in championing the bereavement and suicide support sectors. Our annual Suicide&Co Sector Summit brings together professionals working with those bereaved by suicide to share knowledge, build connections and drive change.
Fundraising is critical to enabling us to support more people and to continue developing our services. Since 2020, we have achieved steady income growth and are on track to reach £1.7m this financial year. We are ambitious to go further by expanding our reach, diversifying our income streams and ensuring long‑term sustainability. We are now seeking our first Fundraising Director to build on our strong foundations and lead the next phase of our growth. Leading a team of 4 and sitting within our senior leadership team, this role will be both strategic and hands‑on and will work closely with our board of trustees and our growth advisory panel.
