About the role
As the Chief Income and Marketing Officer (CIMO) and key member of the C‑suite at the National Deaf Children’s Society, you will play a vital role in shaping the Charity’s future success. You’ll inspire confidence in our strategic direction and ensure a lasting impact on deaf children and their families. The CIMO will partner closely with fellow C‑Suite colleagues and oversee income generation, diversification of fundraising, external communications and marketing.
Who we are looking for
We seek someone with a knowledge of the full portfolio of income streams and detailed knowledge of Charity Commission requirements. You will bring a solid understanding of marcomms, including experience in dealing with the media in times of crisis. Skills in developing digital strategies to maximise digital channels, as well as delivering new products, would be highly beneficial. You will apply your expertise to explore new commercial opportunities for income generation and scale new ideas, with a proven track record as an astute decision‑maker. As an inspirational enterprise leader, you will model behaviours across the charity and cultivate networks and partnerships through outstanding relationship management.
