- Maintaining the operational performance of the Technical Office
- Understand company Technical design strategy.
- Production of accurate and economical drawings, schedules and quotations
- Safety and well-being of all staff, customers and visitors
- Maintenance and upkeep of all Company assets, property and services in conjunction with Facilities Manager.
- Provide technical advice on all PERI products to customers and PERI sales engineers
- Actively promote the supply of a first class technical service and lead by example
- Develop relationships with Sales Engineers to promote efficient use of Technical resource.
- Representing the Technical Team to collaborate with and support other regions and functions
- Working closely with other TTL’s to share relevant information
- Work closely with the EMT to ensure consistent, efficient working practices
- Recruitment of suitable staff
- Safeguarding the induction / further development of Technical staff
- Communication of all key information to their Technical teams.
