We are offering an exciting 2 year trainee sales programme for someone who is ambitious, driven and eager to build a long-term career in sales. You will receive hands on experience, structured training and mentorship from our teams designed to develop you into the confident sales engineer of the future.
Your tasks in our team include:
- Working closely with the Sales Manager to identify and target new customers
- Calling lapsed customers to rebuild relationships and arrange site visits
- Researching and identifying new prospects across the construction industry
- Spending time in Construction Accessories and Plywood to build product knowledge
- Joining experienced sales staff on live construction projects
- Learning how to sell, negotiate and present solutions
- Building and maintaining a customer database
- Learning how to process customer orders
- Spending time with Engineering teams to understand how PERI systems are designed and used
