What You’ll Do On a Typical Day:

  • Responsible for the order process ensuring equipment is delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Managing customers’ expectations during the off-hire process and project closure phase.
  • Resolving challenges for customers when orders cannot be fulfilled completely.
  • Finalising projects under the guidance of the Sales team.
  • Understanding of PERI processes and procedures.
  • Develop good working relationships with Sales, Logistics, and Accounts.
  • Develop relationships with customers’ key personnel.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to assist and reduce their effort in managing projects once deliveries have started.

  • NVQ in Business Administration – desired.
