- Early identification of target projects.
- Work to identify and target new projects and customers within the scaffolding.
- Negotiate trading agreements and discount levels for new customers, whilst operating within the company financial guidelines.
- Attending customer briefings and liaising with specialists to ensure the safest and most cost-effective solution is offered.
- Forecasting turnovers and managing budgets.
- Presenting key project bids and leading contract negotiations.
- Maintaining records before, during and after each project is completed.
- Monitoring the long-term outlook for scaffolding projects.
