This full-time, permanent Psychology Teacher position (paid on the MPS/UPS scale) will involve:
- Delivering engaging and challenging Psychology lessons, primarily to Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 students.
- Guiding students through key psychological concepts, theories, and research methods.
- Fostering critical thinking, analytical skills, and an understanding of ethical issues in psychology.
- Preparing students for success in GCSE and A-Level Psychology examinations.
- Contributing to the ongoing development of the Psychology curriculum.
- Working at a Outstanding school
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). - A degree in Psychology or a closely related field.
- Proven experience teaching Psychology at the secondary level, preferably including A-Level.
- A deep understanding of psychological principles and a passion for the subject.
