Your Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that follow the EYFS framework.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where children feel valued and encouraged to explore.
- Support children's early language, communication, and social skills through interactive and play-based learning.
- Observe, assess, and track children's progress, adapting learning activities to meet individual needs.
- Work closely with parents and carers, fostering strong partnerships to support children's development at home and in school.
- Collaborate with the Early Years team to enhance teaching and learning strategies across the setting.
What We’re Looking For
- A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS).
