Your Role:

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and challenging Drama lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
• Differentiate teaching to support students of all abilities, ensuring each student is inspired to succeed.
• Work closely with colleagues within the department and attend tailored training to refine your practice.
• Inspire students to develop a love for the performing arts, fostering creativity, confidence, and self-expression.
• Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities such as drama clubs, productions, and school events.

Who We\’re Looking For:

• A committed and passionate Drama graduate with QTS (or working towards it).
• Experience in delivering high-quality lessons that engage and challenge students in Drama.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues.
• An individual with a passion for inspiring students to achieve their potential in Drama, both in and outside the classroom.
