Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and creative Drama Teacher to join our outstanding performing arts department at an Ofsted \’Outstanding\’ rated school. As a Drama Teacher, you will inspire students from KS3 to KS5 to engage with the world of drama, fostering their creativity, critical thinking, and self-expression. You will be responsible for delivering exciting and innovative drama lessons that challenge students and encourage them to develop a deep understanding of theatrical arts.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and stimulating drama lessons across KS3 to KS5, encouraging creativity and performance skills.
- Plan and produce school productions, showcasing student talent and fostering teamwork.
- Develop students\’ communication, presentation, and collaboration skills through performance-based activities.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve and succeed in their drama studies.
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of the drama department and curriculum.

Qualifications and Requirements
- A degree in Drama or a related subject.
- A formal teaching qualification with QTS (PGCE, etc.).
- Proven experience teaching drama at KS3 and KS5, with a passion for nurturing students\’ creativity.
