Contribute to curriculum development, maintaining innovation and relevance. Provide instrumental and vocal tuition, supporting individual musical growth. Manage and mentor a team of specialist music teachers. Oversee maintenance and development of music facilities and resources. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong musical background and expertise in various instruments and styles. Experience leading musical ensembles and preparing students for high-level performances. Excellent communication and motivational skills.
