- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in both Business and Economics, making connections between the two disciplines where appropriate.
- Prepare students for relevant qualifications (e.g., GCSE, A-Level, BTEC) in both subjects.
- Develop students\' understanding of key concepts in business management, marketing, finance, and macro/microeconomics.
- Foster critical thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios.
- Assess student progress effectively and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the development of both the Business and Economics curricula.
- Teaching at an Outstanding rated school. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A degree in Business, Economics, or a closely related field.
- Proven experience teaching both Business and Economics at Key Stages 4 and 5.
- Strong subject knowledge in both disciplines and the ability to integrate them effectively.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
