Head of Maths Experience and Qualifications:

• Degree-level qualification in Mathematics or a related subject.
• A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e., PGCE).
• Proven experience teaching Maths across KS3 to KS5, with leadership experience preferred.
• A strong track record of student success and an ability to inspire and motivate both students and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and IT skills.
• A passion for Maths and a commitment to delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that foster a love for the subject.
